What an evening for The Fashion School! Esme, Sophia, Inez and Reagan walked for the wonderful @patrick__mcdowell in his Spring/Summer 2023 show on Monday night. ‘Marie Antoinette goes to Liverpool’ was the theme, bringing in Patrick’s loving personal attachment to his hometown and the story of the last crowned queen of France. Sumptuous luxury sustainable garments in such positive spring brights, an inspiration to our children.
Patrick is designer in residence at @jcalondon The Jimmy Choo Academy situated in THE most gorgeous historic Grade 1 listed Georgian building at 20 Hanover Sq. Thoughtful as ever, Patrick and Anne Marie had arranged a little Swarovski sewing project to keep our tinies occupied during rehearsals - look at those crystals! 14 year old @lylabea_m from our FashionLab Career course looked after the girls and what a total fashion experience for them. The stuff of little girls’ dreams.
The photos (some Patrick’s, some Lyla’s fathers’, the blurry bad ones are mine of course) are of the girls eagerly watching waiting in Patrick’s studio for make up, that’s a treat for starters. The star studded show was a wow and the happiness generated in that impressive building night will never be forgotten. Thank you Patrick and team for thinking of us and making us all feel so special, my seat and @fortnums Fortnum & Mason goody bag were an unexpected and delightful bonus and it was a joy to see the collection and spend time in such a glorious setting.

This is a very well-written and informative post! Car Detailing requires a different approach compared to other regions, and your blog explains that perfectly. With extreme temperatures and sand exposure in the United Arab Emirates, investing in proper detailing products and protection methods like PPF and ceramic coating is essential. I also like how you emphasized quality over quick fixes—something many car owners overlook. The Detail Empire seems to be a reliable platform for sourcing professional-grade detailing products. Keep sharing such valuable insights; it really helps car enthusiasts make better decisions!
Very interesting post. I like how clearly everything is explained here. People often search for an easy instagram reels download method to save videos they enjoy. Your guide makes it easier for beginners to understand.
Using a final grade calculator has made my study routine more organized. It helps me understand my academic standing and plan accordingly. The final grade calculator is simple, fast, and very effective for managing grades.
What a truly magical and empowering experience for these young designers to witness firsthand the grit and glamour behind a real runway show. Seeing students from The Fashion School share the stage with someone as visionary as Patrick McDowell—especially within such a historic and prestigious setting—is clearly the kind of moment that ignites a lifelong passion for creativity and craft. Conclusion starters remind us that opportunities like these are transformative; by bridging the gap between classroom learning and the high-stakes reality of the fashion industry, the school isn't just teaching sewing skills, but fostering the confidence and professional connections these budding talents will need to shape their own futures in the world of design.
The recognition of Andrew Black of Grey Sweater as a James Beard finalist in OKC is a powerful testament to creativity, dedication, and culinary excellence. This achievement highlights how passion and consistency can elevate local talent onto a national stage. Grey Sweater’s refined approach to food mirrors the importance of precision and craftsmanship in other creative industries as well. Just as chefs rely on expert techniques to perfect every dish, brands and creators depend on the best embroidery digitizers to translate detailed designs into flawless stitched results. Both fields prove that attention to detail is what truly sets excellence apart.
